We execute an agency agreement with our clients, stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from India. After due signing and acceptance, the business starts
The duties that are responsibly carried on by us are:

  • Selection : We always prefer selection of applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we do it with the help of a team of experts.

  • Medical Checkup: We send the workers / candidates for medical check up after final selection. This is conducted by the authorized medical center of the respective embassies of the country of employment.

  • Application for visa: To speed up and simplify the legal and paper work of our client, we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy, as authorized by them

  • Ticketing and Emigration: Either the employer sends PTA or remits necessary traveling expenses, in favor of our company, to facilitate traveling and departure. It is our job to obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Government department

  • Orientation before departure: Complete briefing to the candidate related to profile, code of conduct, labor laws of the country of employment etc.

    Some of the documents required from clients ( prospective employer) Demand letter, power of attorney and agreement of employment.
